Among the employees, quality assurance staffs are the most pressured employees. They are the ones to ensure the quality of the products as well as the services they provide. They will see to it that it complies with the standards set by company as well as those imposed by the International Standards Organization and the American National Standards Institute Standards. But to become a quality assurance in a company requires proper training and skills, which is why there are a lot of QA training schools in Minnesota and even in other states of America.

Since this job is a critical one, several requirements must be complied before having the formal QA training in Minnesota. Among the requirements are as follows:

  • At least a high school diploma or an equivalent graduate level educational credits, preferably with QA or technical experience
  • Bachelor’s degree must be technical in nature
  • A graduate of an accredited school is a must
  • Knowledge of ISO is an advantage
